Restrictions
- Pregnant customers or customers who may be pregnant
- Depending on your current or past medical history, medication, or physical condition, we may refuse your participation or require a medical certificate.
- You cannot participate in marine programs after consuming alcohol.
- The vehicle may sway significantly depending on ocean conditions. Please refrain from participating if you are not feeling well or have neck or back problems.
What to Bring
- If you have marine shoes, please bring them.
- All guests must wear a life jacket designed specifically for adventures.
- Please bring a waterproof phone case.
- To reduce congestion, please open the reservation screen (e-ticket) on your mobile phone when you come.
